Jylo Roles

There are three types of user on the Jylo platform, each with their own distinct role.

Users

 Most Jylo users will be in this category. Artificial Intelligence users can create projects to collaborate with teammates and streamline their workflow using AI. These users do not require knowledge of AI to benefit from the power of Jylo to review documentation at scale and seek answers to queries specific to their needs using the various chat functions. Users can also create and own projects, taking advantage of knowledge products from the marketplace.

Product Builders

 This role requires advanced knowledge of AI. Products are a series of prompts which are applied to a set of documentation. Good products rely on the prompt engineering skills of the builder to translate workflows into AI templates. Builders assist domain experts and other users in making products, ensuring that institutional knowledge can be shared across the organisation and be deployed on demand by those who need it.

Administrators

Administrators are responsible for user training, AI support, credit usage and subscriptions. Proper guidance will help users to use the platform in a cost effective manner however, administrators have the ability to limit the use of selected models to particular users or use cases to minimise credit spending. Credits are purchased directly from Jylo and deplete based on usage and model costs.
