Project: document review

Aaron Kirk Aaron Kirk

Traditionally document reviews have been time consuming and expensive, using resources that could otherwise be allocated to more valuable tasks. This is no longer the reality, as the engineers at Jylo have built an AI powered platform, capable of carrying out documentation reviews at a fraction of the time and cost. This idea may be uncomfortable for some as artificial intelligence has received bad publicity in the past for generating fictitious information. Fortunately the team at Jylo have built features into the platform that ensure all AI output can instantly be verified by a human. This has removed the dangers associated with AI, allowing organisations to boost their productivity without fear of repercussion.

Document review in Jylo requires the application of a Product which consists of Filter Questions and Additional Questions. Product creators will be given training and support in building an effective product upon being onboarded to the Jylo platform. During document review, the selected model will read every uploaded document individually, identifying information that can be used to filter the dataset according to the filter Questions. Answers to filter questions are highlighted for verification, as seen in the image above. Additional Questions extract more detailed and nuanced information from the data set. All responses are formatted and ready to be exported to Microsoft Excel or your chosen document management system. It is no longer necessary to manually review documentation. Instead, you can spend your time building on findings which are saved inside your project for access by you and your team at any time.
